Internet showing red light on hub

It's saying we have internet but the hub light is red and no internet

@Donna1804 assume you are talking about the service checker in the My Sky app which cznnot pick up line loss immeadiatly. If the app is not telling you Sky already know of an issue affecting your line give them a call to report it so thry can grt it fixed.
