WiFi not working

My wifi box all green but internet connection not working. I have reset box and tested connection. Not connecting to my television or phone. Entered password a few times. Disconnected it from my television but nothing. Turned it off by the. Switches and plugs. Turned it off by white box also

@TiaPhillips Very strange if tge hub has green lights it is connected to the exchange. Bring your phone close to the hub and check if it is connecting - the WiFi indicator on the screen is there. If the phone is connected but no data flows unplug your hub for an hour as there is a rare fault with Sky's server managing the line which causes these symptoms the hour disconnect should clear that.

 

If the fault continues call Sky.
