Upgrade to fibre, will I get a refund on the broadband boost?

Like a lot of customers, I've received the Whats App message advising I can switch to Sky Fibre 100 for the same price as my contract. That price currently includes a Sky broadband boost, which is £3 a month. Obviously, that would be redundant if I were to switch to fibre. Will this cost be taken off my total bill automatically or would I need to contact Sky to fight my corner? Just wondered if anyone els had been in a similar position.  Thanks. Colin

@mackem66 The Broadband Boost bundle is not redundant as it primarily about improving WiFi speeds in your home which do not necessarily improve with full fibre. See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-boost

If you are out of contract you can cancel the add-on BUT you wouldcbe asked to return any WiFi boosters you may have

Despite its name, 'Broadband Boost' has never boosted broadband.
