The Stables new build

I have a new build the builders are going to sort out which telegraph pole will be used to connect to the property as there is one on our land and one on my neighbours

Could an engineer please inform us as to which telegraph pole will be used  to enable us to let our builders know there is one on our land and one on our neighbours the property is a new build  and we need BT fibre optic. The property is in Little Waltham if on our land the builders will prepare the necessary work while building our driveway
