This is the 4th time in 2 years , it's getting a joke now , I'm constantly having to connect everything to my phone and it's costing me a fortune

We are customers here you not speaking to Sky customer services. have you followed the link posted?
Broadband is never guaranteed 100% uptime, no provider can.
