WiFi not working

Hi my WiFi is not working again , I need a engineer visit

@Jolene7  You can't request an engineer through a public forum, no one knows who you are or your contact details from a forum  login.

 

You need to run the connectiuon test here https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/connecting-to-my-broadband/trouble-connecting/no-connection-...

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

This is the 4th time in 2 years , it's getting a joke now , I'm constantly having to connect everything to my phone and it's costing me a fortune

We are customers here you not speaking to Sky customer services. have you followed the link posted?

 

Broadband is never guaranteed 100% uptime,  no provider can.

4 outages in 2 years is good going. Domestic broadband isnt at the level of high availability like you would expect from Electric, Gas, Water etc.
