My WiFi isn't working. There's an orange button popped up on the box

@Eloisebailey an orrange Interner led means your hub has lost its connection.If it still thecsame this morning log into the My Skybapp using a mobile connection and run the connection test which will tell you if there is a known issue if it doesnt call Sky and report it to them.
