Internet drops whenever we switch on the TV

We've got a weird issue we have sky broadband and sky q mini boxs every time we turn on the living room TV where we have one wired to the hub the interent for every device just drops for a solid 30 minutes. Im not sure what to do any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

@StickmanMS not easy to guess what is going on so all in all if a Q box is misbehaving, as it sounds like it is, you need to talk to Sky and I suspect they will send an engineer out to see what they can do. If you have multiple Q boxes have you tried swapping the unit over with another to see if the fault stays or moves with the box?
