Cabt book Home Move

I am trying to book a home move but keep receiving an error message saying I am not the primary account holder.

I've tried relinking my sky ID but instructions advised online do not work.

 

Please help

@EmilyP2 if the on line version to book a move wont recognise your id as the account holder you will have to call Sky there lines will be open from 8am. If you use your Sky Talk line (or Sky mobile if you have one) dialling 150 will give you a free call.

@EmilyP2 I gave you a number for a free call but the forum software prevents posting normal numbers but they are easy to find.. If you do an online search only use numbers listed thst start 03.
