WiFi not working

My WiFi is not working. The service checker says everything is ok but it hasn't worked since Friday apart from a couple of hours yesterday. Is there a problem in the Stafford area?

@Jes35  Is this the service checker that you are using or are you running the broadband test to see what is wrong?
