WiFi not working

WiFi isnt working even though its saying its connected.

@Patchman88 the online checker takes up to an hour to pick up a dropped connection. However once it does it can take you through a few simple chhecks and can book an engineer if one is required. Alternatively you can wait until Sky's lines open around 8am to gomthrough thecsame process with an agent.
