When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. Hopefully it'll be back before 7.

If it isn't and you haven’t done it yet you can use this link to check to see if there are any broadband issues or outages nearby.
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
This should determine if there's an identified fault, perhaps affecting multiple households.
Note: It doesn’t necessarily disclose a problem immediately and it takes a little while to update so perhaps retry later.

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is okay click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to contact Sky to report it. The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working.

This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

Working from home?: Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won’t receive additional or quicker support.

Re: WiFi not working

It says there is no issues with sky but clearly there is somewhere as I see quite a few here saying theirs is not working, it's frustrating isn't it!

Re: WiFi not working

I know, I keep refreshing and it's telling me my broadband etc is all working.

Sky needs to sort this ASAP

Re: WiFi not working

Mine's not worked since the afternoon yesterday. I've tested my connection and I keep getting told it's good. It's not good because I don't have Wi-Fi!

Same here, I have work in the morning and work from home. SKY! Please sort this out! This isn't acceptable!

Re: WiFi not working

My broadband is out too. South East London. Happened a few times now and its more than frustrating when all their checks say everything is working perfectly fine and as it should! Always the same. I have no tv ariel either so i'm stuck with nothing.

Re: WiFi not working

Yes it's the same with me, I'm in Northampton and no tv, no doorbell no baby cam, pet cam or anything and mine says all is working good too, I panicked thinking one of my dogs had managed to get to and chew through the wire or something but no it's just SKY!!!

Re: WiFi not working

Oh god thats even worse of a situation! I hope it gets sorted soon . Cleay not just a local situation then. I wrnt and checked everything too thinking my cat had done something like knocking it off or catching a cable. I suffer with mental health problems and neutodivergance struggle with the silence especially at night, I have to habe the tv on. With no communal arial I rely on the broadband to get free view if the mini box plays up (which it does a lot). But there is just nothing yet again for about the 4th or 5th time this year that i'm aware of and tbere is nothing we seem to be able to do because the tests all say everything is perfectly fine and functioning.

Re: WiFi not working

Same here, I'm a vulnerable adult and this has left my security system down for the night. This happens far too often
