My WiFi isn't working and hasn't been since yesterday I turned it off and on again this morning and had a connection for a few hours! However, it has now stopped again (on and off not working)
your let's fix it option is saying everything is fine and it's not! I am working from home and need this fixed asap

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
