WiFi not working

WiFi not working as of yesterday (28/04/2024). Anything that's wired directly into the router is working fine and all tests run on the website say everything is working OK, but wifi isn't 😞

@Cazba restart your hub by disconnecting the power for 10 seconds to see if that helps. If itvdoesnt check the error message on the device. If they simply cannot connect with the password you may want to reset your hub back to its default settings shere tge password on the label definitely works. To reset the blak hubs prescand hold in the reset pin until the power led blinks which takes at least 10 seconds then release the pin.

 

If your devices sork after a reset consider how soeone coukd have got access to the hub and changed the password. You msy want to change both the WiFi and admin password to stop,a repeat see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password

Hi Chrisee - thank you for your reply - it was devices that were already connected that were having an issue but it suddenly seems to be working again, for now!
