WiFi not working in upstairs bedroom

I've opted in for the WiFi max package due to getting no WiFi in my sons room upstairs. I've connected the new router and the WiFi seams worse!

How do I go about trying to get boosters? I've been going around in circles for over a hour, theres nothing on the app and any number I ring just re-directs me to the app!

@MelP8  You need to dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts. Ignore if they send you a text and stay on the line. You should be able to get booster pod(s) as you have the Broadband Max package.

We don't have a land-line. Is there any external numbers I can call?
