I've opted in for the WiFi max package due to getting no WiFi in my sons room upstairs. I've connected the new router and the WiFi seams worse!
How do I go about trying to get boosters? I've been going around in circles for over a hour, theres nothing on the app and any number I ring just re-directs me to the app!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MelP8 You need to dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts. Ignore if they send you a text and stay on the line. You should be able to get booster pod(s) as you have the Broadband Max package.

We don't have a land-line. Is there any external numbers I can call?
