Two out of four lights on the hub are green and two are orange. It keeps happening regularly. While it is happening I don't have WiFi despite Sky broadband test telling me everything is fine

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

The test continues to tell me that all is working and the WiFi is fine externally and internally but at most I have two green lights out of four. Which means I cannot book an engineer.
