WiFi not working despite test saying it is
Two out of four lights on the hub are green and two are orange. It keeps happening regularly. While it is happening I don't have WiFi despite Sky broadband test telling me everything is fine

@ConorFol& @ZoeMul90 & @homered Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

The test continues to tell me that all is working and the WiFi is fine externally and internally but at most I have two green lights out of four. Which means I cannot book an engineer.

@ConorFol Has your router been like this since you posted this afternoon and the service checker and broadband test are still showing as connected and good?
