Re: WiFi not working correctly
The router Sky supply is the issue. It is total and utter garbage.
I have left after a week of joining. They blame everything other than the router.

Re: WiFi not working correctly
We've had numerous line tests which all come back normal. Which was expected. Because the issue is the WiFi Max router itself. It is absolutely terrible. A shocking piece of equipment and Sky deny any issues with it. They will do their best to cover it up.
So the best thing to do is to leave before your cooling off period ends.
