WiFi not working. App lying

Nothing is Woking with the WiFi. The app says it's great. How is the app saying it's great when nothings working. The app doesn't work without WiFi and I can only use my 5g to use the app. Why is it telling me it's working when it's not

Same with me, broadband is not at all working. This is all of a sudden. It was working 30 mins before may be.

Will this be fixed soon? It is so annoying and helpless situation as SKY is not helping us.

I guess the app just lies to us all the time saying it's good because I can tell you now. It's not!

Is there a fault? My phone and broadband stopped working 30 minutes ago!

It could be overnight maintenance taking place.

 

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
