Downtime after midnight
My Internet has gone down for the last 2 nights after midnight. I am not the only sky customer who has had this happen. This is not what I am paying for and the loss of broadband is not acceptable.
Please explain what is happening.

Re: Downtime after midnight
At that time of night it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.

Re: Downtime after midnight
If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
