WiFi not working, 1.9 on the speed check

Hi, our WiFi has. It been working. We ran a speed check on this and it came up as 1.9 download speed. This is effecting our ability to work and enjoy our sky package. Please can you advise how we resolve this.

@Jayne2984 Have you tried the power off on the hub for five minutes as a reset to it?
