Hello - I am new to Sky. Although broadband & WiFi seems to work okay, my issue is that WiFi doesn't reach all the rooms. Unfortunately, I can't move the router as it needs to be near to the Openreach point. I am paying for WiFi Max, but I can't seem to get through to an advisor to discuss. Any advice, suggestions or recommendations?
