I've only ad sky BB for 3 weeks and it's not very good! I have bought a WiFi extender and updated my package to gigafast and yet I still get low signal. My son has trouble playing his xbox, my broadband checker says good but online speed checks say different.

@Claire135 how are you checking your speed is this with a laptop or connected to the router by ethernet with nothing else using wifi or ethernet ?
If you are checking it over wifi this will not be an accurate check
