@KarimW Will say it is pretty low is it a download or an upkoad speed? What do you have as a hub and what service did you purchase from sky. Also if you know what are the estimated speeds that you were told!

It was my download speed and meant to get minimum speed 50 and in the package 76

@KarimW What hub do you have from sky at present, take a look at the link then say which one you see is your's, anything else going on apart from the low download speed issue! If you happen to also have sky Q box for the satellite TV attached say and how you have it connected!

With the range off speed that you have quoted are you on the older fttc connected to a OR Master phone line socket, and does your phone also plug into that socket if you are using a landline!
