@peter-marlow+1966 Sky do not charge a monthly fee for the hubs, they never have.

I have  had sky gigafast broadband  and sky wifi  max since January  last  year  and my first  year  i  got a discount  on my sky wifi max of nothing  to pay and now have another  discount  on it  it is normally  £10 a month for sky wifi max  hub on top of your  broadband  package

As you have a sky wifi max hub you will be paying  for the hub on top of your  broadband  bill, look on the my sky app at your  bills

It isn't a charge for your hub, Sky Wifi Max is a package of services to improve your broadband namely these which is nothing to do with your hub::

@peter-marlow+1966 Im not wroing at all, you are , Sky WiFi max is the addon that is being discussed in this thread, its not your hub. I don't see the relevence of you stating your VIP level, every customer is a VIP and its means absolutley nothing.

No one pays monthly for their hub, so please stop giving out false information.

Re: WiFi max

Thanks for all the replies, I was just checking I wasn't being charged for something that I didn't have , my WiFi drops sometimes and was wondering if this was the problem
