WiFi keeps going off

For the past 3 days the WiFi in the house has been going off. Signal is not strong.

When I click on this link it won't let me put the username and password. Keep saying unauthorised.

@Nicola19785  What you posted are not your router stats so the image has been rejected, you need to follow the steps in this guide to the very end,  https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Like I said it won't let me 9nto that link. I will just look for another Internet provider tomorrow. This is ridiculous.
