WiFi keeps going off line

Hello, my WiFi box keeps going offline and it's really annoying, can anyone help or is it worth, going to someone else for my broadband?

@Evansabove98 run the connection test in the My Sky app ideally while connected as thst should show where the issue lies and may actually offer to book an angineer to check your line. 

If that doesn't help post your hub's stats Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

I try that all the time and it's says everything is fine and working. 

Cuts off using all our data on our phones..
