Looking to cancel

Hi, I have received a renewal quote of £40.50 a month which is an almost £10 monthly increase. When comparing quotes elsewhere, I am being offered £27-£33 monthly for much higher average mbps and even your own website is offering full fibre for £28.50 monthly which I don't seem to qualify for due to not being a new customer (I presume?). I would rather stick with Sky if possible as the internet has been reliable but can't afford such a price difference monthly and before cancelling wanted to see if an alternative deal could be offered. We're a customer Community, and accordingly it's unlikely that Sky will reply to your post here. I'd give Sky a call. You're more likely be able to negotiate a better deal by speaking to them direct. The cancellations team are best placed to help.
