Hi, I have received a renewal quote of £40.50 a month which is an almost £10 monthly increase. When comparing quotes elsewhere, I am being offered £27-£33 monthly for much higher average mbps and even your own website is offering full fibre for £28.50 monthly which I don't seem to qualify for due to not being a new customer (I presume?). I would rather stick with Sky if possible as the internet has been reliable but can't afford such a price difference monthly and before cancelling wanted to see if an alternative deal could be offered.
