Sky hub disconnecting devices

A few weeks ago we subscribed to multiroom and attached a mini box to an upstairs TV. Since then our devices (iPhones and that TV) keep disconnecting from wifi and we have to unplug our Sky hub to reconnect. That upstairs TV loses wifi connection but keeps its connection to the Sky mesh so Sky Go works fine. Is the installation of the mini box just a coincidence or is there something we need to change?

So are you saying the new mini box you placed upstairs sometimes disconnects from your main Sky box so you can't watch TV?
