WiFi keeps dropping

Hello, For the past few months, usually when the weather is bad, my broadband connection keeps dropping out but when I check on the sky app it is showing everything is connected and working as it should. Can't seem to find anywhere to contact a real person. I have tried all the usual stuff and everything is connected correctly. Any help would be very much appreciated.
