Broadband

Open reach came to reconnect our sky after our recent move. 

I have several concerns. 
usually when ever we have moved in the passed we have been provided with new equipment and have then sent back the old. This was not the case this time. 

We cannot get any to channels.

If you already had a Sky Broadband Hub and didn't opt to add the WiFi Max subscription supplement then that would be correct.
