WiFi keeps dropping

Over the last few days my Sky WiFi speeds have kept dropping on all devices, including my Sky Q box which is now unable to connect to the router. I have followed all the steps on the help page (turned off router, Sky Q box etc), but still not working. Any ideas please?

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thanks. Yep have tried this already and says "everything looks good". Waiting in a 40 mins queue to speak with someone....

@craiget Do you see anything at the hub!
