WiFi keeps dropping

WiFi  keeps dropping out. Dropped out 3 times today so far 23/5/25. Did all checks on app and everything seems ok. Don't understand why it keeps doing it. The WiFi only drops out for a few minutes but it is annoying. Thank you

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Done all that. But you cannot do it when WiFi is down obviously. Checks out good when WiFi on.   Just drops out for about 2 minutes then everything ok.

@Allan47 Do you see any change on the Hub when you have the drop out?

@Allan47 Not knowing what hub you have, you may be able to see something led change wise....
