Engineer visit
Hello, how are you? I need a technician to come and install my Wi-Fi. My box arrived weeks ago, but you couldn't make it. My friend arranged all that, but she's no longer in Ireland, and I want to manage it myself. Can we schedule a visit so you can install it? Thanks. If you can't, I'll switch providers next week at the latest.
