WiFi keeps dropping out

Is there problems with the WiFi it keeps dropping out and slow connection speeds have checked the router as advised on my sky there has been issues with it all day

Sky supplies something like six million domestic properties with broadband: at any point in time a percentage of those circuits are going to be having issues.
