Need some assistance in the last week my Grandstream Dect phone and VoIP phone which previously worked like a dream have stopped being able to dial out; they can receive calls but not dial out. Nothing has changed my end and my VoIP provider hasn't made any changes but its simply stopped.
Had a sky engineer come around and he can not see why it would not work. At a loss as really need this to work. Any ideas?
Setup is Grandstream HUB connected to Sky hub via ethernet RJ45. Dect phone then connects to box.
Anybody experience this problem or know of a resolution? When I joined Sky was told this would work and has been working now it sadly isn't.
