Broadband installation

I am ment to have my broadband and sky tv fitted tomorrow but my broadband package hasn't been delivered yet

@Cameron26  When did you place the order?  Broadband activation has a minimum lead time of 10 working days from the date of order.  If you're also taking Sky Q that will be a different installation.

 

You should have received an activation date for broadband separately.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
