Anybody feel like they’ve had to take £4 extra a month for a false guarantee?

I have had two engineers out and improved our speed far beyond what was expected from 20Mbps to 52Mbps. This worked perfect yesterday but back to **bleep** today - struggling with 7Mbps. We have disconnected all other devices and are struggling to get any internet to the Sky TV. I'm just thinking of cancelling Sky TV and the broadband within the cooling period because it's obviously not going to work unless we do this extra £4 a month for a guarantee. It just feels abit dodgey. Anybody else felt forced into this to rectify the issue?

I've paid the £4 a month and have the same issues, it's pathetic my last test was 1.9mbs and are minimum should be 32

Apologies I have had to disconnect and run 4g on my phone to read your reply... because the internet can't cope at 23:24 when the router is in the next room. Mind blown lol
