What's going on past 3 days my internet cuts out multiple times a day my WiFi speed is lower then promised this been happening a load of times in the last couple months, what am I paying you guys for?

Find out more@420 & @Catherine50 assuming your service is connected log into the My Sky app and runnthe connection test - dont just read the result of the last test click to run the test again. If the test finds an issue it can offer to book an engineer. If it doesn't call Sky and report the issue. The recent bad weather and oddly the recent aurora displays have caused a lot of line issues so you are not alone but Sky can check if your line needs an engineer to check or whether the automatic line management system should stabilise the service in a few days.
When calling Sky if you have a Sky Talk line use thst and dial 150 which gives you a free call.
