Internet problems

Internet disconnecting multiple times, poor customer care service, when checking speed it says it's working but I have taken pictures for evidence. Slow wifi , not sure what is happening? Looking to switch now, had enough !

@pashasana threatening to move ISPs if the problem is a bad line is pointless unless you move to a service not using the Openreach network. If you post your Sky hubs stats forum members who are customers like yourself can probably advise on what the problem is see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
