WiFi issues
For the past week my WiFi goes off at least 10 times a day. I have re booted it, disconnected it took all the leads out to try and solve the problem but it still keeps happening .help please

First, you need to check if you have a live broadband connection to your router:

Openreach FTTP ONT modem:
https://www.bt.com/help/landline/lights-on-the-openreach-modem
The Nokia modem is the latest openreach ONT.
Cityfibre FTTP ONT modem:

Then check if your router is working:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Then check the sky service:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker/broadband
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker/broadband/checks
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker/wifi/checks (don’t need to do if you have turned wifi off e.g. to use your own mesh system)

Then with this info call sky
