Sky cancelled my BT landline without my knowledge
I received an email from BT saying I had cancelled my (copper) landline service. I phone Sky who had no record of this. I have Sky broadband and TV.

When did you switch to Sky Broadband?
These days the legacy (and typically pre-paid) standalone 'phoneline' as a separate item is a real anomaly: all modern broadband products either have a digital voice service running alongside internet access, or no voice service at all.
