WiFi issues

My WiFi keeps dropping and a lot of times my internet browser won’t load unless I switch to my data but the wifi speed test keeps saying it's okay but it's clearly not okay

@Anonymousoneblack or white router from Sky? When these problems are happening does the lights on the router change colour?

It's a black router and I have not thought to check the lights. I will do that next time. What is your advise if it changes color?
