My sky app didn't detect an issue with my broadband speed and thinks my WiFi is ok. I have a sky boost and the service checker showed no connected devices so I think this is the issue. I'm getting 37mb into my hub but only 11mb on my work laptop in my office right now. This dropped entirely earlier -showed connected on my laptop settings but I couldn't even get speed check website to load. Then it increased to 3mb which the speed check showed. I moved the boost from the hallway into my office and it's showing power and WiFi green light, no connected light (dark). The my sky service checker says no devices connected. Can someone help me get my WiFi signal to be reliable and strong throughout the house please? I'll try phoning this evening after work if it's not solved though here. Thanks
