Waiting on openreach

I have taken time off work to be in all day for open reach and I have now received a message saying they have missed me .. I'm not happy at all ! 
and no one has turned up

You will need to raise this with Sky, as this is a customer to customer portal. Openreach don't speak to end users you have to do it through your ISP.

Also check your order status under your Sky Account profile, although this may not upated straight away. 

 

They operate a compensation system for missed appointments, quiet often due to the engineer having too many appointments or they overun, annoying to say the least!
