WiFi issues

My WiFi and router keeps going off , it's happened for 3 days in a row around the same time between 3- 6pm . It's affecting my work - I work from home. I keep going round in circles with the fix thing you have on the app on the pop up on my laptop. WiFi seems to come back sporadically then work for ten minutes and off again. Then totally fine the next morning?

Re: WiFi issues

@Natalia+1991 Do you expect chat to get you to speak to someone. You wish to have a human interaction call sky, and be quite when the bot say's anything....
