@Heather7007 your TV is not getting a steady WiFi signal. Yiu can check the speed it can receive by usingbthe Network Test innthe Get Help menu of the Netflix app. WiFibsignal strength varies around your home so while you can have a good connection in some areas it is possibke to have spots with much lower signal. Another factor is interference which can come from a neighbour's WiFi network using the same or.adjacent WiFi channel which rebooting your Sky hub might help sort but that cannbe temporary.

The best long term solution is to improve the WiFi signal to the TV perhaps by getting an extender as part of Sky's WiFi max bundle.
