WiFi slow

Our fire stick has slow connection to our fire stick. Only playing up to 20 seconds of streaming and then pauses for up to 3 minutes.

I have run broadband speeds checks and it claims there is no issue but there has been no changes to our set up to explain this issue.

Any help you can provide is much appreciated.

@Lou1882 Firesticks are plugged into the back of the TV, TVs contain metal that block a lot of the WiFi signal and therefore the small antenna in the Firestick is not receiving a steady data feed required for smooth streaming. This is especially true for wall mounted TVs. You can buy a short HDMI extender cable which will,allow the Firestick to be placed out in the open.
