WiFi issues not all devices will connect

I'm hoping someone can help!
Woke up one morning Sky Q main box and mini box aren't connected to the internet. We then noticed neither of our smart tvs were connected. But our iPhones were. We cannot connect PlayStations, HP laptops, smart tvs. It would probably be easier to list what we cannot connect PlayStations connect and that's apple

iphones, that's it!
we rebooted the router, no joy. We reset the router on the back, no joy. We have turned off the devices that won't connect, no joy. A new Sky router has now been plugged in same issue. Only able to connect to our iPhones and at last the ring doorbell!

Has anyone got any ideas on what could be causing this? Why are some devices connecting and not others? We also have an amber light on voice calls. I'm at the end of my tether, I work from home and cannot work without the internet. All the troubleshooting skys end shows no issues.
what could possibly be causing only being able to connect four devices?

@sjolley66 go to your main Q box and try to reconnect it as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q-do-you-have-a-sky-hub Once thst is connected repeat to connect the any  Sky Q minis. Once they are connected your other devices may sort themselves out as if your Sky hub is black the Q boxes act as wifi repeaters.

If, however, the Sky hub is white the Q boxes lose the ability to connect third party devices and you may need an extender for the new hub which Sky will provide if you buy their WiFi Max add-on.
