Changing broadbands
Our Broadbands have been swapped over last Thursday. Sky to Vodafone. We've connected our phones to new WiFi with QR code from Vodafone Power Hub WiFi card.
But can't seem to connect the TV? Samsung Smart The Frame TV. The TV finds the Vodafone new WiFi name but when we enter the password it does connect....and ticks come up etc....we go to main screen, it still says You're TV isn't connected to internet.....
Why? Why isn't it connecting? Do we need to contact Vodafone.
Can we scan QR code to TV, not sure how.
As we connected our phones using QR code which worked. It didn't work if you used the codes and inputted them manually.....wondering if it's the same for the TV?

Re: Changing broadbands
@Helen209 you need to connect your devices to your new Vodafone router which isnt something Sky forum members can help with. However as a guide TVs often dont accept new network details until they have rebooted which on most sets is done by unplugging the mains until the led light goes out which takes upmto a minute. After that process they often will accept the password.
There are other possible causes including the not accepting the router's wifi security level which Vodafone support would have to help you with.
